The evening session combines soothing sounds with an aqua sound healing experience, followed by an ice bath. No prior experience is required. Come with an open mind and give yourself a couple of hours away from your usual routine. What to bring: Swimwear, two towels, a change of clothes and slippers. Please arrive 15 minutes before your session for registration and briefing. Follow the facilitators’ safety instructions throughout the experience. Choose your preferred session and book your spot!
