Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. - Entry will be permitted on showing a valid ticket. - Organizers reserve the right to admission. - Outside food, beverages, and professional recording equipment are not permitted. - Attendees must adhere to venue rules and security guidelines. - The organizers are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings. - By attending, you consent to be photographed/videographed for promotional purposes. - Event schedule and artist lineup are subject to change without prior notice. - Please carry a valid ID proof for age verification if applicable.  Sole Personal Accountability: Every attendee is strictly and individually responsible for adhering to all local, state, and statutory laws. The event organizers, management, venue owners, and crew bear zero legal liability, financial responsibility, or involvement if you are detained, questioned, fined, or prosecuted by law enforcement agencies before, during, or after leaving the event.  Intoxication & Transit Liability: Arriving intoxicated or consuming prohibited substances is entirely at your own personal risk. If local authorities or police intercept you for alcohol consumption or violation of state prohibition laws, you will bear all legal consequences, legal fees, bail, and penalties independently. Organizers will not intervene, negotiate, or assist under any circumstances.  Indemnification: By purchasing a pass and attending, you explicitly indemnify and hold harmless Swaggy’s Party and its representatives from any legal actions, claims, disputes, or liabilities arising from your personal actions, intoxication, or encounters with law enforcement.
