- All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged under any circumstances. - A valid ticket is mandatory for entry. Each ticket is valid for one person only. - The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any individual from the venue for inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe behaviour without any refund. - Please carry a valid government-issued photo ID for verification if requested at the venue. - Outside food, beverages, water bottles, alcohol, illegal substances, weapons, and professional cameras or recording equipment are strictly prohibited. - Attendees must follow all venue rules, security checks, and instructions given by the event staff at all times. - The organizers are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the event. - By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or filmed. The organizers may use this content for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes without further permission or compensation. - The event schedule, artist lineup, timings, and other event elements are subject to change without prior notice due to operational or unforeseen circumstances. - Purchasing the wrong ticket category does not guarantee entry. The organizers reserve the right to cancel or deny admission if an incorrect ticket category has been purchased. - Entry may be denied to anyone found under the influence of illegal substances or engaging in unlawful activities. Xylo LED Wristband Policy - Every attendee will receive a Xylo LED wristband at the entrance as part of the event experience. - The Xylo wristband remains the property of the organizers and must be returned if required. - A replacement charge of ₹500 will be applicable in case the wristband is lost, stolen, damaged, or not returned. - Xylo wristbands must not be taken outside the venue. If an attendee wishes to leave the venue temporarily, the wristband must be deposited with the event team before exiting. Re-entry is permitted only upon presenting: - A valid event ticket - The official entry wristband issued at the venue - After verification, the Xylo wristband will be returned to continue the experience. - This event is built around music, community, and a safe environment. Harassment, violence, vandalism, discrimination, or any behaviour that affects the experience of others will result in immediate removal from the venue without a refund.
