This 2-hour guided experience is designed to help you understand how your breath can prepare your mind and body before entering the cold, and how to stay calm, focused and present during the experience. Important Information The ice bath is a guided experience and will be conducted under the supervision of the instructors. Please inform the organizers/instructors in advance about any health condition or concern that may affect your participation. Follow all instructions provided during the session and participate only within your personal comfort and safety limits.
