Transparent Fee Structures for Hosts 📊
Locality offers simple, flat-rate platform fees with no surprise overheads. We offer two listing types:
1. Exclusive Events (3.3% + GST)
What it means: You agree to sell tickets for this event exclusively on Locality.
Platform Fee: Our lowest rate of 3.3% + GST on ticket sales.
Best for: Local organizers looking to maximize profit margins and build a dedicated community feed.
2. Non-Exclusive Events (9% + GST)
What it means: You are selling tickets on Locality and other physical or digital platforms (e.g. other booking apps, offline agents).
Platform Fee: 9% + GST on ticket sales.
Best for: Mass-market events requiring multi-channel promotion.
Note: Free events are always 0% platform fee, regardless of exclusivity!
