Platform Fees
Our fees depend on the service type you chose when creating your event. We never charge convenience fees to your attendees.
Free Events: 0% platform fee.Exclusive Events: 3.3% + GST. This is for events that sell tickets only on Locality.Non-Exclusive Events: 9% + GST. This applies if you sell tickets on our platform and others.These fees are deducted from the gross ticket revenue before the final payout.
Payout Process
Event Completion: Payouts are processed after your event has successfully concluded. For multi-day events, this means after the final day. Settlement Cycle: Our standard settlement cycle is Event end +3 business days. Bank Transfer: The funds will be transferred directly to the bank account you provided during the organizer onboarding process. Please ensure these details are correct to avoid delays. Payout Report: A detailed report of your ticket sales, revenue, fees, and taxes will be available in the "Payouts" tab of your event management page.Mandatory for Payouts
Verified PAN: You must have a verified PAN card linked to your organizer profile to receive payouts.Accurate Bank Details: Ensure your bank account name, number, and IFSC code are correct in your Organizer Settings.
