How it Works
If an event offers this option, you will see it mentioned on the event details page.During the booking process, after payment, you will be prompted to provide a valid delivery address.The organizer is responsible for dispatching the physical tickets (e.g., entry bands, cards) to your address via courier services.Important: Locality is a ticketing platform and is not responsible for the logistics of physical delivery. Please check the event's terms and conditions or contact the organizer for specific details about delivery timelines and policies.E-Pass vs. Physical Pass
E-Pass: Delivered instantly via Email and WhatsApp with a QR code for entry. This is our standard and most common method.Physical Pass: A tangible pass delivered to you. You will need to present this physical item for entry. Your E-Pass will still be generated as a proof of purchase, but the physical pass will be required at the gate for these specific events.
