Privacy Breakdown: What is Public vs. Private?

A detailed look at who can see your profile details, tickets, and outing history on the internet.

Who Can See Your Information? 🔒

We believe you should have complete control over your social footprint. Here is a simple, clear breakdown of what information is visible to the public, what is shared with friends, and what remains private.

1. Public Information (Visible to Anyone)

To help friends find you and request to connect, basic profile details are visible to guest visitors and search engines:

  • Display Name: Your chosen display name.
  • Username (@handle): Your unique identity URL.
  • Profile Picture: Your avatar image.
  • 2. Social Circle Information (Visible ONLY to Looped Friends)

Once you accept a connection request, members of your Circle can also see:

  • Outing Calendar: The list of events you are attending (past and upcoming).
  • Number of Outings: The total number of events you have booked on the platform.
  • 3. Private Information (Visible ONLY to You)

The following information is never shared with anyone else on the platform:

  • Contact Details: Your email address and phone number.
  • Ticket Bookings: Specific ticket prices, checkout totals, payment receipts, order IDs, and payment methods.
  • Public Guest Access

To allow new users to join and search for friends, guest visitors can open your public profile link (e.g. from a shared Instagram story) and see your profile card (Name, photo, username) and a list of recommended local profiles. They cannot see your events or bookings.
