Face Value is an optional convenience feature that lets you enter events without pulling out your phone to search for a ticket or QR code. Your face confirms your booking, letting you focus entirely on showing up and enjoying the vibe.

How Face Value Works

Set It Up Once: Create your Face Value profile in advance from your bookings page or profile settings.

At the Gate: The gatekeeper will scan your face with their check-in device.

Smart Match: Once matched, your booking is confirmed, and you're checked in and welcomed straight in!

Keep Your Ticket on Standby 📱

While Face Value makes entry seamless, it is a convenience helper and not a substitute for your ticket.

Please always keep your official E-Pass QR code ready on your phone as a backup. Lighting conditions, network drops, or organizer policies might require standard ticket scanning at the gate.

Tips for a Perfect Setup

For the quickest verification, make sure your setup photo meets these guidelines:

Center your face and look straight at the camera.

Ensure the space has clear, even lighting.

Temporarily remove sunglasses, masks, or hats (regular prescription glasses are perfectly fine!).

Private and Secure

Your privacy is our priority. We only use your Face Value to confirm your entry at the gate. Organizers never see your photo, and your data is encrypted and strictly yours. You can update or remove your Face Value at any time.
